Just came back from Colombia, and one of the things I miss most is having chocolate santafereno almost every day. It is a classic breakfast/snack that is very common in Colombia, particularly in Bogota. It consists of homemade Colombian hot
chocolate that is served with cheese, which is actually placed in the hot chocolate, so that you get the delicious melted cheese with the chocolately goodness, I promise its delicious. To make it even better it is sometimes served with an almojabana, which is a type of slightly sweet Colombian cheese bread… Hmmm I can taste it already!!!
